Customer Support Executive

If so, this role is prefect for you Key Responsibilities: First point of contact for clients Resolving queries and managing any complaints Responding to a busy inbox and any web-chat queries Updating an inhouse CRM accurately, maintaining spreadsheets and any general admin Personal Requirements: Previous call centre/handler experience is essential Strong communication skills with the ability to solve problems Must have at least 5 years UK residency for security clearance Benefits: Free parking 25 days holiday plus bank holidays Fabulous location with an onsite café, shops, hairdressers plus much more Pension with up to 15% employer contribution Hybrid working offered after probation (3 days in office, 2 at home if wanted) Hours: Monday to Friday on a shift basis 0800-1630, 0830-1700 or 0930-1800.
