Role Overview: Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth operation of all production equipment by carrying out both preventative and reactive maintenance tasks. Key Responsibilities: Carry out electrical PPM and breakdown maintenance using the CMMS system Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environmental policies Prioritise maintenance tasks and breakdowns alongside your team Provide cover during team absences (sickness/holidays) Support wider maintenance activities as required Highlight faults, inefficiencies, or safety concerns proactively ✅ What You’ll Bring: Electrically qualified to NVQ/ONC Level or equivalent (minimum requirement) Previous experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in a manufacturing setting Confident with PPM routines , reactive maintenance, and fault finding Experience with PLC fault finding (preferred) Familiarity with CMMS platforms Adaptable, proactive, and a great team player What’s in It for You: Competitive salary (£45,842) Industry-leading training and development Supportive team environment Excellent benefits package Long-term career prospects with a stable and growing company Ready to take your electrical engineering career to the next level?
