Office Administrator Join a Leading Energy Company in North Netherlands Contract Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week 0800-1630 Industry: Energy / Oil & Gas / Industrial Language: Dutch & English required, Frisian is a plus Are you the go-to person who keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes? One of our international clients in the energy sector is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join their team. You'll play a central role in ensuring seamless daily operations at both the main office and field locations, while supporting teams across departments including HR, Operations, and HSE. What You’ll Do Be the go-to contact for all things office-related – from internal logistics to external vendor coordination. Keep the workspace running like clockwork: maintenance, supplies, mail, couriers, and more. Coordinate travel, meetings, catering, and presentations for cross-functional teams. Provide critical HSE and ERP support, including onboarding, emergency response logistics, and safety supplies. Manage office budgets and contracts with vendors (e.g., cleaning services, catering, PPE suppliers). Collaborate with administrators across locations to standardize and streamline operations. Handle finance-related tasks such as petty cash, fuel/NS cards, access systems, and cost tracking. Own monthly reporting (KPIs, meals) and coordinate events, gifts, and employee celebrations. What You Bring MBO/HBO-level education or equivalent practical experience. At least 5 years of experience in a similar administrative or operations coordination role. Proven ability to juggle priorities, solve problems, and take initiative in a highly dynamic environment. Tech-savvy with solid Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). A proactive, service-oriented mindset – you anticipate needs and go the extra mile. Experience in the energy, oil & gas, or industrial sectors is a plus. Comfort with HSE protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
