Showroom Manager - Design & Forniture

The Randstad Professionals Fashion & Luxury division, specializing in the recruitment of middle and senior management profiles, is looking for a Showroom Manager for a client in the luxury design sector based in Milan, within the Fashion industry. Main Responsibilities: Ensure the achievement of financial targets related to revenue/orders, costs and operative results set by the Company; Manage and scout new business opportunities/collaborations (A&D, developers, etc…); Oversee customer satisfaction activities and address any critical issues Coordinate and motivate staff Manage staff’s matters (for example, working hours, attendance, holidays, other leaves, sick leave, etc…) Handle administrative procedures of the store, together with the Accountants; Requirements: Experience in the luxury design and furniture sector Ability to manage the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring that the environment is always welcoming and aligned with the brand image Experience in interacting with high-end clients and building lasting relationships with VIP customers and industry professionals (architects, interior designers, etc.).
