This role plays a key part in ensuring our teams operate smoothly by providing timely and effective support to internal employees—and occasionally, external clients. At VILT, technical skills matter, but so does human connection. What you will do : Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support (hardware, software, connectivity, access, etc.) Manage incidents and service requests through ticketing tools Install, configure, and maintain computers, peripherals, and mobile devices Update systems, install antivirus software, set up VPNs, and prepare machines for new hires Support basic infrastructure tasks (networks, servers, Active Directory, cloud environments like AWS or Azure) Document procedures, register solutions, and keep inventory up to date Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors for complex issues Provide training and guidance to users on IT tools and best practices What we expect from you : 2 years of experience in helpdesk or technical support roles Solid knowledge of Windows; familiarity with Linux and macOS is a plus Experience with Office 365, Active Directory, VPNs, antivirus tools, and basic networking Proficiency with ticketing systems and remote support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Jira, TeamViewer) Previous exposure to remote or international environments is valued Experience with system administration or monitoring tools is a plus Friendly, approachable, and eager to help others Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer experience Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage priorities effectively Comfortable working under pressure and in multicultural, fast-paced environments Technical degree or vocational training in IT, Systems, or a related field Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, or MCSA are a plus English: Intermediate level or above (valued, but not mandatory) If you’re ready to take your helpdesk career to the next level, we’d love to hear from you!
