We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Customer Success Manager to empower our clients with the tools and engagement strategies they need to achieve their business goals. This role is pivotal in guiding clients through onboarding, ensuring consistent value realization, and shaping their success metrics. Main tasks and responsibilities: Pilot Implementation & Management: Lead the planning and execution of enterprise pilots (mainly in Spain and France), managing all five phases: technical setup, onboarding, communication, engagement, and ongoing coordination. KPI Monitoring & Impact Reporting: Track key performance indicators and provide monthly impact reviews to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with expectations. Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and account admins through regular reviews, supporting retention, expansion, and long-term strategic alignment. Engagement & Communication Strategy: Design and deliver engagement plans in collaboration with Marketing and Clinical teams, tailored to each phase. Strategic Account Growth & Partner Success (Insurance Focus): For insurance partners, manage complex stakeholder ecosystems, develop integrated communication strategies, and deliver nuanced reporting to drive adoption, expansion, and advocacy Account management and revenue responsibility : Owning of client renewals, upsells and expansions The Ideal candidate will have: At least 5 years of proven experience in customer success or client-facing roles, preferably in enterprise settings. A strong interest in psychology and mental health, enhancing understanding of client needs. Experience in SaaS companies is highly desirable. Fluency in French, English and Spanish. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong storytelling and communication abilities to effectively convey data-driven insights. Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive client success. Demonstrated personal ownership, proactivity, and teamwork. Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects concurrently. What do we offer? Full-time, fixed contract (Monday to Friday). Office located in the heart of Madrid, close to Manuel Becerra / Lista. Hybrid work model with flexible hours: with the option to come to the office as often as you’d like. Viability to Travel of 25-40% Salary depends on experience, ranging from 55 - 60 k per year, with room for negotiation Flexible compensation with tax benefits through Coverflex.
