If youve got at least a year in lettings under your belt and the confidence to hit the ground running, we want to hear from you. This isnt one of those "coast for a few months while you settle in" jobs. We need someone whos ready to make an impact from day one bringing energy, ideas, and a bit of charm to every conversation. Youll be registering applicants, booking viewings, securing instructions, and negotiating deals all while managing tenancies from start to finish, ensuring compliance, handling paperwork and deposits, and building relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors. Its a hands-on role where youll play a vital part in driving lettings performance and representing the NV Estates brand with pride and professionalism. Were looking for someone with at least 12 months experience in residential lettings. Youll need to be confident, engaging, and customer-focused, with a strong personality and a proven ability to manage a varied and busy workload. Youll understand the lettings process inside out, be comfortable using property software, and ideally have some experience generating new business. A full UK driving licence is essential.
