Interim Financial Controller

Interim Financial Controller | West Cardiff | 12 month FTC £70,000-£80,000 My client is recruiting an experienced FC level candidate to drive business process improvement in finance and wider operations. The role: Internal audit/review of existing processes and reporting procedures. Work with department managers to identify opportunities for change and improvement and to capture data which can used to provide insight and enhance MI Benchmark against target operating model and identify areas to improve and implement best practice. Work to develop reporting suite in Sage to provide timely, accurate and insightful MI on which commercial decision making can be based and to influence strategy. Skills, experience: Qualified accountant Experience in operating at FC level in a SME environment Proven skills in business process improvement, a change agent who implements and maintains best practice in finance and operationally.
