Job Description

Due to ongoing growth, our client who is a long-established and highly regarded law firm with strong roots across East Anglia, is seeking a Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join their busy team. With a consistent track record of excellence across key legal sectors, this opportunity also offers clear progression to Director and Shareholder level. You'll be joining a busy, high-performing department that delivers expert advice across the full spectrum of commercial property work. Clients range from developers and landlords to commercial tenants and business owners. Key areas of work include: Sales and purchases of freehold commercial property Advising developers on acquisitions and site assembly Supporting business relocations and expansion projects Acting on a broad range of landlord and tenant matters Drafting and advising on commercial leases and property agreements We're looking for a confident, client-focused individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for building lasting relationships. The role will also involve supervising junior team members, so prior leadership or mentoring experience is advantageous. In addition, some knowledge of Agricultural Law would be an advantage but is not essential.
