As an MPI Level 2 Technician, you'll be responsible for performing magnetic particle inspections on a variety of parts, identifying defects, and contributing to our commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities for MPI Level 2 Technician Perform magnetic particle inspections on manufactured components in accordance with established procedures and industry standards. Interpret and evaluate indications, distinguishing between relevant and non-relevant signals. Document inspection results accurately and thoroughly, including defect identification and location. Maintain MPI equipment, ensuring proper calibration and functionality. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Key skills required for MPI Level 2 Technician Valid MPI Level 2 certification Proven experience working as an MPI Technician in a manufacturing or production environment. Strong understanding of various MPI techniques, equipment, and consumables. Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
