Click APPLY now, if you are interested in HGV Class 1 role in Rushden As an HGV Class 1 / CE Weekend Driver you will be responsible for transporting goods across long & short distances, ensuring timely and safe deliveries. This role requires a valid CE Licence 6 Months minimum driving/Container experience and Port Cards experience. You will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency of our logistics operations. Your core skills in vehicle operation and compliance with road safety regulations, along with your skills in route planning and time management, will be essential in meeting our clients' organizational goals. Requirements HGV CE Class 1 license - 6 Months Driving Experience Full HGV CE licence with no more than six points for minor endorsements Digital Tacho and Driver Qualification Cards Customer focused attitude Responsibilities Operate HGV Class 1 / CE container vehicles, ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and legal requirements. Transport goods over long & short distances Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles and report any maintenance issues. Maintain accurate delivery logs and adhere to scheduled routes. Manage loading and unloading ensuring proper handling Communicate effectively with the Transport Teams regarding delivery status and any potential delays.
