Finance Business Partner - Exeter (Full-Time, Permanent) Salary: £40,000-£50,000 benefits, Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote/week We're looking for a qualified Finance Business Partner to join our Exeter-based team. This is a key role supporting decision-making through insightful financial reporting and analysis. Key Responsibilities: Produce monthly management accounts (accruals, prepayments, journals, variance analysis). Provide financial insight and performance analysis to senior managers. Develop and present high-quality financial reports for operational teams. Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with operations. Maintain balance sheet reconciliations and capital reporting. What You'll Need: Full or part-qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent). Strong management accounting and Excel skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
