Facilities Engineer

Our OEM Client based in Solihull, is searching for a Facilities Engineer to join their team, Inside IR35. This is a contract position until 21st July 2026. Umbrella Pay Rate: £27.03 per hour. Duties: Facilities Engineering is responsible for the design, planning, construction, and maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other facilities. Plans, budgets, and schedules facility modifications, including estimates on equipment, labour, materials, and other related costs. Oversees the co-ordination of building space allocation and layout, communication services and facilities expansion. May have responsibility for establishing and overseeing health and safety standards. Level: A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities: Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision. Coaching and reviewing the work of lower-level professionals. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
