The Business £100M in annual turnover Operating across 15 countries Home to multiple best-selling consumer brands Deep Amazon expertise from product development through to PPC Competitive across categories like air treatment, wellness, fitness, home essentials Scaled but agile privately owned, fast-paced and product-led What Youll Be Doing Owning the full P&L for a portfolio of top-selling products Leading strategy and daily trading on Amazon (UK, EU, US) Managing a substantial Amazon PPC budget (SP, SB, SD campaigns) Launching new products into competitive categories Working cross-functionally with design, supply chain, content, and customer teams Defining pricing, promotions, and deal event strategies (e.g. Prime Day, Black Friday) Overseeing eBay and helping launch into new marketplaces Coaching and mentoring junior marketplace staff What Theyre Looking For 5 years of Amazon marketplace experience, ideally across UK/EU/US Strong commercial understandingknows how to hit revenue, margin, and growth targets Hands-on PPC knowledge with a track record of profitable campaign delivery Excel proficiencycomfortable working with large data sets to drive decisions Skilled in content optimisation and Amazon listing performance Clear communicator, confident in leading upwards and across teams Proactive, process-driven, and comfortable with pace Interested?
