About the Role Auto Supplies International is seeking an experienced B2B field sales professional to develop a territory selling automotive products. We sell directly to owners of small independent businesses, garages, auto centres and mechanics. This role requires at least 3 years proven B2B sales experience. Weve been around for nearly 30 years and have over 2800 regular customers nationwide. We have a small team of people who achieve great results and have terrific relationships with their customers. Youll plan your sales activities and manage your own sales territory independently, travelling in a company van to: Visit both prospects to win new business and existing customers to re-supply Fulfil orders immediately from stock held on the van Build long-term relationships with business owners Promote top-quality, in-demand products that stand out from the crowd, making a difference for those who use them This is a direct sales role with generous territory exclusivity. While the region is currently underdeveloped, it offers huge potential and strong commission from both new and repeat business. Are You a Fit? This role is not entry level. To apply, you must: Be based in the region (Shropshire, Staffordshire, Cheshire) Hold a full, clean UK driving licence Be comfortable with face-to-face territory sales Expect significant prospecting and cold calling Have experience managing a sales territory independently Be self-motivated, possess initiative and have a strong work ethic Be well-organised, and results-driven What We Offer Competitive Package: £25,000 base salary uncapped commission structure bonus potential Territory Exclusivity: Your territory, your business - no internal competition Professional Development: Comprehensive product training and ongoing sales support Work-Life Balance: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 4 weeks holiday (rising to 5 weeks) Benefits: Fully expensed company van, workplace pension scheme, mobile phone/tablet Important Notes This is a field-based role requiring daily travel throughout the region with approximate travel radius of up to1hr from your location.
