Job Title: Commercial Property Solicitor Location: Central London Salary: £70,000 (negotiable DOE) Working Pattern: Hybrid About the Role: AJ Chambers is working with a well-established firm in Central London who are seeking a talented and motivated Commercial Property Solicitor, who has Residential experience, to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with strong commercial real estate experience who is looking to work in a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction to completion Handle acquisitions and disposals of commercial premises, leases (granting and renewal), licenses, and landlord and tenant matters Advise on development work, property finance, and investment transactions Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other legal professionals Ensure all transactions comply with relevant legislation and internal procedures Provide high-quality client service and maintain strong client relationships Acting for borrowers in refinancing. Granting and acquiring leases for Landlords and Tenants. Acting for developers in site acquisitions and subsequent finance and sales.
