The Role You'll work on a wide range of high-value commercial real estate transactions and advisory matters, including: Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property Commercial leasing (acting for both landlords and tenants) Real estate finance Asset management for corporate occupiers and property owners Portfolio management and strategic property advice Supporting corporate transactions with property elements You'll be expected to manage your own caseload, contribute to team strategy, lead on client relationships, and provide supervision and mentoring to junior team members. What We're Looking For 7 years' PQE with solid experience in commercial property law Confident handling a broad caseload including sales, purchases, leases, and finance Strong client care and business development skills A commercial mindset and team-player attitude Desire to take on leadership responsibilities or build towards partnership Why Apply?
