As they continue to modernise and future-proof our business, they are seeking a skilled Business Analyst/Project Manager to help them evolve. The Role Reporting to the Finance Director, this role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of business and technology. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across legal, IT teams and 3rd parties to assess current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement solutions that enhance efficiency and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Elicit and document business and functional requirements Map and improve existing business processes Deliver and support implementation of process and system changes Bridge the gap between legal teams and IT, ensuring alignment with business needs Manage projects, including planning, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication Provide training and support to ensure successful adoption of new systems/processes What We’re Looking For ✅ Proven experience as a Business Analyst with Legal sector knowledge ✅ Strong understanding of legal systems and operations (e.g. case/document management, PMS) ✅ Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills ✅ Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management capabilities ✅ Proficiency in collaboration platforms (e.g. SharePoint, MS Teams)
