Senior Quantity Surveyor - Infrastructure Projects Location: London - Southampton Contract: Permanent | Full-time Salary: Competitive DOE We're supporting a leading contractor in their search for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team, with involvement across major infrastructure projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage project costs from start to finish Prepare valuations, cost reports, and payment applications Handle subcontractor procurement and accounts Support with contract administration and change management Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and commercial improvements Requirements: Strong background in shafts and tunnelling Knowledge of NEC contracts Minimum 5 years' QS experience, including at least 2 years at Senior level Proficient in MS Office and familiar with standard contract forms Commercially aware with strong communication skills Desired Skills and Experience Quantity Surveyor, Construction, Building Construction, Large Infrastructure experience, Substations, Tunnelling
