The Role The team deals with the full range of distressed corporate restructurings and insolvency procedures - including administration, company voluntary arrangements, bankruptcy and liquidation, through to supporting clients with board advisory work. This role would suit a senior lawyer who has been able to gather some experience in the world of Restructuring and Insolvency, or perhaps someone who has experience in corporate restructuring and/or corporate finance and wants to spearhead a team with a Commercial Disputes / Insolvency focus. Requirements You will be a Insolvency Solicitor 8 years PQE
