Advising on complex contentious matters, including Will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, proprietary estoppel claims, claims for the repayment of lifetime gifts and international issues. Cover all aspects of contentious private client litigation Build relationships with external referrers and Counsel Grow and develop caseload Work alongside and support a Senior Associate What do you need? To be a qualified Solicitor 2 years PQE Experience in litigation and an interest in contentious probate
