The Role: You will take ownership of a varied caseload of residential property matters , including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity . With the backing of experienced Partners and a supportive team, you’ll deliver high-quality legal services to a diverse client base. Your responsibilities will include: Managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion Advising clients on legal issues, costs and procedures Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds and other legal documents Conducting legal research and maintaining accurate case records Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other stakeholders Supporting business development initiatives and representing the firm at events What We’re Looking For: Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 1 years’ experience in residential conveyancing Strong technical knowledge of property law and conveyancing processes Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and efficiently Excellent communication, client care and organisational skills Proficiency in legal IT systems and case management software A proactive, solutions-focused approach with a keen eye for detail What’s on Offer?
