Ductwork Supervisor – Commercial & Healthcare Projects – London £50,000 - £55,000 PAYE or Day Rate (CIS) We are working with a busy and well-established ductwork contractor who are looking for an experienced Ductwork Supervisor to oversee works on two major projects in London — a commercial build at Elephant & Castle and a hospital project at Kings Cross . There is a strong pipeline of work beyond these projects, so this is a great long-term opportunity for someone seeking security and variety in their role. The Role: Supervise installation of ductwork on site, ensuring quality and programme are maintained Manage operatives and subcontractors day-to-day Carry out daily site walks, toolbox talks and maintain health & safety standards Coordinate with the Project Manager to resolve site issues Attend site meetings, organise deliveries and manage materials Oversee snagging, QA and assist with commissioning and handover Requirements: Solid experience supervising ductwork installation on commercial or healthcare builds Good understanding of site health & safety and QA Ability to read drawings and manage site operations independently SSSTS or SMSTS preferred Available to interview and start ASAP What's On Offer: Permanent salary £50,000 - £55,000 with benefits, or a competitive CIS day rate Immediate start available Long-term pipeline of projects in London Supportive team and excellent working environment If you're an experienced Ductwork Supervisor looking for your next opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
