EBS Senior Business Systems Analyst

Job Title: EMEA Senior Business Systems Analyst - Finance Location: Flexible within EMEA region (with occasional travel to US and Europe) Department: IT / Finance Systems Job Type: 6 months contract with possible extensions. Shape the Future of Healthcare Technology. We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support Finance and related business functions across EMEA. In this role, you will be instrumental in integrating financial systems and processes during a global transformation initiative. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams from Finance, Accounting, Operations, and more. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, document, and translate requirements into system configurations and designs. Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and recommend system or process improvements. Configure Oracle EBS Finance and related modules (GL, AP, AR, FP&A, Tax, etc.). Develop functional specifications for technical teams; support creation of reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements. Lead testing efforts (CRP, SIT, UAT), including planning, test script creation, and execution. Support training for business users and IT support staff. Act as a liaison between business users and technical development teams. Drive standard operating procedures (SOPs) and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintain and enhance Oracle Applications interfaces with non-Oracle systems. Key Skills & Experience: 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS (R12), particularly in Finance and Supply Chain modules. Expertise in functional areas such as Order Management, Oracle Pricing, Shipping, Inventory, and Purchasing. Strong understanding of financial operations and intercompany processes. Experience working with SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle Application Tables. Familiarity with EDI and integration concepts. Proactive, analytical, and able to solve complex problems in fast-paced environments. Exceptional communication skills; fluent in English (Dutch or German is a strong plus). Proven ability to collaborate across regions and departments. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). Demonstrated success as a Business or Systems Analyst in enterprise ERP environments. Experience with Oracle AIM methodology or similar.
