Program Financial Analyst

Principal Program Finance / Cost Analyst Rapiscan Systems Full-Time | Permanent | Location Flexible Join Rapiscan Systems as a strategic finance partner driving key program performance across commercial and government portfolios. This high-impact role supports program teams in achieving financial targets through expert analysis and insight. Key Responsibilities Lead project accounting processes including ETC/EAC reviews Analyze baselines, forecasts, and actuals with detailed variance insight Prepare budgets for new revenue and R&D initiatives Forecast sales and margins at program level Support contract and customer inquiries with accurate financial data Collaborate on month-end reporting and systems entries Drive process improvements and cross-functional alignment Candidate Profile Strong program finance experience, ideally with ETC/EAC responsibility Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, matrixed environment Proficient in financial tools (Dynamics AX, Excel, PowerPoint) Finance/accounting qualifications preferred; experience valued Familiarity with US GAAP and government contracting a plus
