Maintenance Employee (Service Centre)

Functieomschrijving As a Maintenance Employee at the Service Centre, you help ensure our high-quality packaging materials are repaired, cleaned, and ready for reuse. Your tasks include: Performing basic technical maintenance and small repairs on returned packaging Inspecting products using checklists and visual quality standards Restoring packaging to meet customer and company specifications Working with tools, forklifts, reach trucks, or other internal transport equipment Following strict safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures Wearing and maintaining personal protective equipment (PPE) Handling materials efficiently and responsibly You’ll work full-time in a two-shift system: Week 1: 06:00 – 15:00 Week 2: 15:00 – 00:00 Functie-eisen You are someone who enjoys practical, technical tasks and takes pride in your work. You bring: A responsible and safety-conscious attitude A hands-on mentality and basic technical insight Valid forklift, EPT, reach truck, or stacker certificates (a plus) The ability to work physically (lifting, bending, standing) Full-time availability and willingness to work in shifts Good command of English and/or Dutch Experience in maintenance, logistics, or technical cleaning is an advantage Arbeidsvoorwaarden A gross hourly wage of €14.83, excluding 18% shift allowance Travel allowance starting from 10 km 8.33% holiday allowance Weekly payment via Olympia Opportunities for training and growth A clean, safe, and structured workplace Free work clothing and on-site parking
