ServiceNow Senior Lead Developer

Role Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow Senior Developer / Lead with deep technical expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, driving end‑to‑end development, integrations, and upgrades, while collaborating with cross‑functional teams and ensuring best practices across the platform. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, integrations, and customizations using JavaScript, Glide, and other platform capabilities. ✅ Configure and maintain workflows, business rules, UI actions, client scripts, and other ServiceNow features. ✅ Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and other integration methods. ✅ Work across modules such as ITOM, ITSM, PPM, HRSD, and Scoped Applications . ✅ Lead and support ServiceNow upgrade projects , ensuring compatibility and stability. ✅ Build and maintain Scoped Apps with full lifecycle ownership. ✅ Create and maintain detailed technical documentation and best practices. ✅ Collaborate with stakeholders and provide technical leadership and customer support. Essential Skills & Competencies: ✔️ Strong hands‑on experience in ServiceNow development (not process-only roles). ✔️ Proven expertise in integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.) and customizations . ✔️ Experience with ServiceNow ITOM, ITSM, PPM, HRSD , Scoped Apps, and upgrades. ✔️ Solid knowledge of JavaScript and Glide API . ✔️ ServiceNow Administrator & Developer Certified . ✔️ (Preferred) ServiceNow Implementation Specialist certification. ✔️ Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with customers. Desirable Skills: ⭐ Dutch language proficiency is an added advantage. Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands (TNDL – Amsterdam)
