Inside Sales Specialist

An exciting opportunity is available for a dedicated and technically skilled Inside Sales Specialist to support the global demand for a leading portfolio of spares and consumables used in advanced laboratory instrumentation. This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a solution-oriented mindset and a hunter mentality, someone who thrives on proactive outreach, finding smart solutions, and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Handle global inquiries for spare parts and consumables. Prepare quotes, process orders, and suggest compatible products. Maintain strong knowledge of lab systems and spare parts. Coordinate with Service, Logistics, and Production teams. Monitor reorders and promote consumable upgrades. Update CRM/ERP systems with sales and customer data. Your Profile Strong understanding of laboratory instrumentation and consumables (tubing, reagents, detectors, etc.). Proven ability in customer relationship management, ideally within the environmental, food, pharmaceutical, or chemical industries. Excellent communication skills in English and German (French is a plus). High attention to detail in identifying correct components and ensuring technical compatibility.
