Job Description
Responsible for the implementation of the Regional Strategy for Customer Success. Promote customer needs as the primary driver for business goals and initiatives. Responsible for ensuring the adoption of effective technology and services that lead to high rates of contract renewal and expansion. Leverage contract proposal development/management and its management. Experienced in understanding customer buying behaviors and processes. Strong knowledge of business processes (sales, marketing, service and support). Experienced in meeting demanding deadlines and changing priorities. Ability to motivate and work with cross-functional teams. Degree in Business Administration, engineering or related fields. More than 10 years of relevant professional experience. Strong negotiation and presentation skills for various levels of the organization in English / Spanish / Portuguese. Base: São Paulo/SP.
