Technical Planner Assistant

Job Responsibilities: Draft schedules and routes for Engineers to maximize time and income. Drive income-based planning. Plan routes efficiently to reduce km/call. Process jobs effectively and efficiently. Close job cards daily. Check packs for Engineers weekly. Update job and progress notes on a regular basis. Conduct weekly car inspections. Responsible for all vehicles i.e. booking of services, license disks etc. Invoice clients on all jobs. Invoice technical travel for Engineers where necessary. Quote on Installations and events. Job Requirements: Matric Relevant Qualification Exposure within a client service environment. 2-3 years in a planning role within a service environment.
