Production Manager

Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage daily production activities to achieve quality, efficiency, and output targets. Oversee and optimise multiple production lines , ensuring the on-time delivery of finished goods. Develop and maintain production schedules aligned with operational and business objectives. Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations . Lead and supervise production teams, including training, mentoring, and performance management . Monitor and analyse productivity and performance metrics , identifying opportunities for improvement. Collaborate cross-functionally with planning, quality control, maintenance, and supply chain departments. Prepare and present detailed production reports and operational insights to senior leadership. Requirements: Diploma in Production Management, Industrial Engineering , or a relevant discipline. Minimum 5 years experience in a production management role. Solid experience in the textile, clothing, or clean manufacturing industry is essential. Strong knowledge of production workflows, quality standards , and health & safety protocols . Demonstrated ability to manage teams and production lines with precision and efficiency.
