HR Specialist-Mexico

Job Responsibilities: Responsible for all HR related work for Mexico local team, including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, employee relations, system construction, etc.; Build up the corporate culture of the local team through various ways to promote local team's morale, to enhance local employees' engagement and to contribute to the cooperation between local and headquarters teams; Ad-hoc work assigned by headquarter's HR team and the local Country Manager. Requirements: Bachelor Degree and above Good proficiency of Spanish and English 3- 5 years' HR working experience Familiar with the local labor law and HR-related regulations Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities Good adaptability and learning abilities Proficient in Office softwares, including but not limited to: excel, word and PPT.
