Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Development Specialist. The Sales Development Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, reaching out to potential clients, and qualifying prospects. They will also be responsible for managing sales pipelines, scheduling meetings, and collaborating with sales teams to develop strategies. The specialist will be expected to maintain regular communication with clients and provide excellent customer service. Qualifications Expertise in Lead Generation and Sales Strong Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in Sales Management Proficient in using CRM tools and sales software Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Experience in the technology or messaging industry is a plus
