Job Description
Position: HR / Admin Generalist We are a leading independent global professional services firm specializing in turnaround management, restructuring, performance improvement, and corporate advisory services. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR / Admin Generalist to join our team. This hybrid role combines responsibilities across human resources, office administration, and general operations. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office while supporting HR processes and employee experience. Key Responsibilities Office Administration (Front & Back Office) Ensure a clean, organized, and professional office environment. Welcome visitors, coordinate meetings and video conferencing logistics. Manage supplies, equipment, mail, and office vendor relationships. Oversee office maintenance and coordinate with building management and IT as needed. HR Admin Support Employee Records Benefits Administration Onboarding Employee Support Health, Safety & Compliance Monitor compliance with workplace safety and fire regulations. Support emergency procedures and keep training certifications updated. Finance & Vendor Coordination Process office-related invoices and manage vendor communications. Track expenses and support procurement processes. Qualifications 4 years of experience in HR and/or administrative roles. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with HRIS tools. Discreet, proactive, and resourceful in handling sensitive matters. Knowledge of local labor laws and office compliance is a plus.
