Position Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Specialist (SAP Key User Expert) to join our Supply Chain team. This role is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and negotiation, while supporting manufacturing teams to meet customer schedules. You will leverage your advanced SAP expertise to streamline operations, resolve issues, and enhance overall efficiency. Preferred Qualifications SAP certifications in MM, SD, and CS modules Prior experience in the automotive industry, especially in planning, buying, customer service, or supply chain engineering roles Experience in SAP project management, including planning, execution, and follow-up Knowledge of additional SAP modules such as SAP CS Required Qualifications Advanced technical knowledge in SAP MM (Material Master) and SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Fluent English (written, spoken, and read) Proven experience in the implementation and support of SAP MM and SD modules Strong analytical thinking and data analysis capabilities Position Overview As a Customer Service Specialist (SAP Key User Expert), your responsibilities will include: Creating and managing a local document management system Collecting and analyzing data to produce accurate reports Ensuring operational compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards Participating in training and development activities to enhance your capabilities Recording and processing custom/special customer orders Analyzing and responding to routine functional inquiries Providing operational support through routine activities Resolving customer issues and providing managerial approvals when needed Contributing to health, safety, and environmental reviews and improvements You will also be expected to: Optimize processes and improve operational efficiency Solve both technical and functional issues Communicate effectively across departments and organizational levels Train and support SAP users across functions Demonstrate familiarity with automotive industry-specific processes and challenges
