Role Description This is a full-time role for a Law Firm Administrative Assistant. We have a strategic relationship with a Mexican firm in Monterey where the Administrative Assistant will work but in support of the US operations exclusively. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing all facets of administrative support: managing calendars/scheduling appointments, billing and bookkeeping support, ensuring efficient clerical operations, and assist with paralegal tasks such as electronic signature support, managing electronic files and making AI queries, and overseeing the firm's website and online presence. The assistant will work closely with attorneys to support the firm's daily operations. The job will be performed completely in English. Qualifications Administrative assistance skills Bookkeeping skills Strong written and spoken English and Spanish Strong technology skills, and proficiency with Microsoft word and other office software and tools Organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work independently Previous experience in a law firm or legal setting is a plus 2 years or more of administrative or bookkeeping experience.
