Product Owner

Role Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Owner to join our team. In this role, you will support the Product Manager or Senior Product Owner in managing the product backlog, gathering requirements, and ensuring alignment with business goals. Key Responsibilities Assist in defining and maintaining the product backlog in collaboration with stakeholders. Help write clear and concise user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria. Collaborate closely with development teams to ensure proper understanding of requirements. Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives. Support the prioritization of features and bug fixes based on business value and user impact. Assist in analyzing user feedback and data to identify areas for product improvement. Work cross-functionally with design, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth product delivery. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field. 2 years of experience in a similar role, internships or academic projects related to product management are also considered. Basic understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban). Strong communication and organizational skills. Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello or similar. English: Intermediate to advanced level (written and spoken). Nice to Have Experience working in cross-functional teams. Knowledge of UX/UI principles. Basic technical knowledge or background in software development. Certifications such as Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Agile Fundamentals.
