Job Description

Mexican company with 80 years in the market is looking for a Customer Success / Project Manager for a major US-based partner in Mexico City. The selected candidate will be responsible for acting as a key account, managing and ensuring the success of the project with the international partner. They will serve as the main point of contact between operations, commercial, and quality teams to guarantee on-time deliveries, compliance with standards, and continuous process improvements. Responsibilities: * Monitor deliverables, identify deviations, and report to internal and external stakeholders. * Collaborate cross-functionally with quality, production, logistics, procurement, and commercial teams. * Analyze process performance, drive improvements, and propose solutions. * Act as a key liaison with the plant in CDMX and actively participate in visits and audits. Requirements: * Bilingual English (verifiable, daily use with international client). * Experience in project management, preferably within industrial, logistics, or retail environments. * Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset. * Proficient in Office tools; knowledge of ERPs is a plus (not mandatory). * Excellent organization, follow-up, and project documentation skills. * Proactive, autonomous, and structured thinker.
