You’ll be part of a dynamic technical team, supporting both pre-sales activities and project execution. Your role will be essential in ensuring that our electrical solutions meet customer needs and are ready for production. Your main responsibilities will include: Supporting the sales team by gathering and analyzing technical requirements during the pre-sales phase. Translating customer needs into clear and feasible engineering designs. Reviewing the design and application of distribution boards (panelboards, breaker panels, etc.). Validating the technical scope of equipment before production. Participating in the electrical engineering of orders for manufacturing and testing. Providing technical support and training to customers and internal teams. Assisting with product and solution demonstrations. Reading and interpreting electrical diagrams. Applying knowledge of PMI methodology to support project execution. Learning and applying process control and root cause analysis techniques. What do you need to apply? ✅ A degree in Electrical, Electromechanical, or related Engineering fields. ✅ 1 to 3 years of experience in pre-sales or technical support roles. ✅ Knowledge of PMI methodology and project lifecycle fundamentals. ✅ Experience gathering technical requirements and translating them into engineering designs. ✅ Familiarity with design software (electrical or mechanical). ✅ Advanced English for technical conversations with native speakers. ✅ A strong desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
