FP&A Analyst

About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical FP&A Analyst to join our growing team. This individual will support the delivery of high-impact financial insights, participate in transaction due diligence, and work closely with clients across a variety of sectors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is eager to take ownership of critical deliverables. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Underwrite active and prospective acquisitions Own the transaction modeling lifecycle from LOI through closing Manage transitional tasks post-acquisition (e.g., initial budget modeling, handoff documentation) Build and optimize internal financial models, automate workflows, and construct Power BI dashboards Collaborate closely with both departments on investment strategy and performance tracking Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience multifamily or commercial real estate experience. Additional Tools: PowerBI, automation software, exposure to underwriting platforms and deal modeling systems. Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance, and valuation techniques. Exceptional Excel modeling and PowerPoint presentation skills. Highly analytical with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills; client-facing experience preferred.
