Responsible for identify analyze and solve issues at process engineering area at the entire MFF corporation. Execution of Process Engineering projects related to current manufacturing Facilities, expansions and product performance aligned to the goals and objectives of the company. Main responsibilities include, Product Standardization, Process standards, and process improvement. Education and Qualifications Manufacturing and process, beverage or food industry, Industrial, or food Chemical experience. more than one area is preferred. 2 years of experience required. Prior experience new product development. Sensorial Analysis development, Formula development, Product approval process. Material preparation, Batch process, Highly Collaborative: highly accountable and autonomous and naturally works well with the team to seek innovative solutions and can identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities to meet the company’s goals. Ability to build strong, positive rapport with associates in a team environment; ability to lead through personal example that communicates integrity, core values and consistency in decision-making. Project management: successfully completes projects in a timely fashion. Oral Communication: speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; demonstrates presentation skills. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Lead and enhance product recipe optimization, improving: safety, quality, cost and process efficiencies. Configures manufacturing systems to reduce cost, boost productivity and quality Troubleshoot new and existing processing problems involving designs, materials and processes and provide creative, timely, and cost-effective solutions Support manufacturing new projects with clients and sales. Ensures compliance with all company and regulatory product quality standards, sanitation standards, food safety standards, employee safety, and environmental standards. Organize meetings with all the departments involved in new projects as QA, procurements, engineering , safety, manufacture. Technical Skills Six Sigma, or Green Belt. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Food Safety/Quality Systems experience (Preferred).
