Country Manager – Manufacturing | Cuernavaca Metropolitan Area We’re working with a global manufacturing group to appoint a Country Manager to lead its operations in the Cuernavaca Metropolitan Area. This position carries full responsibility for overseeing site-wide activities, managing multi-functional teams, and driving both commercial and operational performance. About the Role: As Country Manager, you will hold overall responsibility for the company's well-established industrial facility Mexican operation. You’ll work closely with senior regional colleagues while managing local teams across operations, finance, sales, HR, and technical areas. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead the site’s leadership team, providing direction and coordination across functions Monitor day-to-day operations and support teams in delivering commercial and production targets Work with senior stakeholders to shape local plans and priorities Oversee budgets, resource planning, and ongoing operational performance Build strong internal teams and encourage clear communication across all functions Ensure the business stays aligned with external requirements, including labour, safety, and environmental expectations Represent the company with customers, suppliers, and external partners as needed What You’ll Bring: 10 years’ experience leading operations in a manufacturing setting - preferably in automotive sector Proven leadership across multiple departments (e.g. production, commercial, sales, finance, supply chain) Familiarity with regulated manufacturing environments Understanding of local labour and compliance requirements in Mexico Comfortable engaging with international stakeholders and matrix leadership Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field Fluent in Spanish and English Interested?
