Job Responsibilities: Drive key Lean improvement projects (capacity analysis, efficiency analysis, manufacturing cost reduction) aligned with company and center strategic plans. Define engineering standards (time, process flow, WIP, layout) to achieve data and operational standardization. Develop and maintain standardized production workflows and documentation. Track, optimize, and manage progress and execution of CAPEX projects against annual budgets. Validate results and conduct post-project reviews upon completion. Analyze production data (capacity, efficiency, cost) to identify opportunities, formulate improvement plans, and oversee implementation of production process enhancements. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or above. 5 years in Industrial Engineering. Proficiency in English required.
