You’ll lead a team of senior engineers working on next-gen technologies that push the limits of performance, precision and speed. We’re managing this process on behalf of the company — and we’ll guide you all the way. What You’ll Do Lead a high-performing team of senior engineers with clear strategic and technical direction. Be the link between tech, people and business: unblock, align, empower. Own planning and delivery: from project milestones to team structure. Build processes, metrics and workflows that help the team scale and shine. Mentor and grow your team — and make it a place where people stay. Report progress clearly and proactively to senior leadership. Bring rhythm to the chaos of deep-tech product development. ✅ What You Bring 6 years in technical environments (software, digital hardware, IP, SoC, etc.). 2 years leading engineering teams of 5 people. Strong technical background: you speak architecture and design with confidence. Track record of leading complex, cross-functional engineering projects. You know how to plan, prioritize, and deliver — without micromanaging. You’ve built team culture, not just process. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
