IT Architecture Senior Project Manager

About the Role The IT Architecture Sr Project manager is responsible for the definition of the IT architecture and supervision of its execution in each project. This includes managing and defining the project’s action plan, ensuring that deadlines, quality standards and costs are met. Additionally, he/she coordinates and guides non-direct collaborators to ensure successful project delivery. What You’ll Do Develop comprehensive architecture plans that integrate systems, applications, and network components. Create detailed architectural blueprints and models for IT systems and infrastructure. Design scalable and reliable systems that meet business requirements and support organizational goals. Analyze and propose the technological solutions (both applications and infrastructures) that are the most optimal on a functional and technical level, are integrated with other systems and aligned with the defined Systems Plan. Lead the implementation of architectural solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Evaluate emerging technologies and their potential impact on the organization. Establish and enforce IT architecture standards and best practices. Develop and maintain architecture documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines. Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements. What We’re Looking For Education Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A professional certification (e.g., TOGAF, CISSP, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) is preferred. Languages English - Advanced (must-have) Spanish - Advanced (must-have) Other Cellnex languages - Intermediate (valuable) Tools & Systems MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Advanced (must-have) Experience At least 7-10 years of experience in IT architecture, system design, and implementation. Experience working in a multinational company is preferred. Experience in the telecommunications sector is highly valued. Key Competencies Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and methodologies. Proficiency in architectural modelling tools and techniques. In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and software development. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong project management and leadership abilities.
