Senior Tax Advisor – Partner | Leuven

Our client is a fast-growing boutique tax advisory firm seeking an ambitious senior expert to shape the future and grow towards partnership. Why apply? You'll work on the full tax spectrum —from M&A and real estate to international taxation—within a collaborative team that values initiative, autonomy, and long-term relationships. Advise clients on a wide range of tax matters (corporate, international, VAT, M&A, real estate). Lead and manage advisory projects with direct client interaction. Support clients during audits and ensure compliance obligations are met. Develop and maintain long-term trusted relationships with diverse clients. Collaborate closely with partners and multidisciplinary teams to deliver top-quality advice. Experience: 5–7 years (law firm or Big4) with strong tax expertise; ambitious mindset aiming for Partner track. Languages: Fluent in English & Dutch. Qualifications: Master in Law specialisation in Tax Law; additional tax education is a plus. Competitive gross salary: €6,500–€10,000 depending on experience. Bonus up to 1–3 months' salary based on results. Self-employed status preferred. Flexible hours & partial remote work (up to 2 days/week). 20 holidays/year office closed between Christmas & New Year.
