Job Description Job Description Litigation Associate Attorney We are seeking an attorney to join our clients team. This attorney will manage litigation cases including defense matters. Responsibilities: Management of district court cases through all phases. Research and writing. Communicate with clients regarding the status of pending matters. Meeting with clients as necessary. Participate in firm business development activities. Qualifications: Admission to the Colorado Bar. 7 years district court trial experience and/or insurance defense background. Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills. Ability to exercise independent judgement. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to demonstrate poise while handling sensitive situations. Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels. Strong computer skills. Knowledge of Practice Master or other client management software (preferred). Knowledge of NetDocuments or other document management software (preferred). Benefits: Salary $110k-$140k with bonus potential. 401(k) with employer contribution.
