Job Description Delivering first-rate customer service and handling escalated customer inquiries. Guiding and coaching a customer service team to meet company objectives. Implementing strategies to improve service levels and customer satisfaction. Developing and maintaining excellent product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers. Working closely with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience. Participating in the development of customer service policies and procedures. Reporting on team performance and customer feedback to senior management. Representing the company professionally in all customer interactions. The Successful Applicant A successful Senior Customer Service Advisor should have: A degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field. Proven experience in a similar customer service role. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong leadership abilities and a commitment to team development. Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
