Customer Service Advisor - Engineering Industry Location: Bedford Salary: £26,000 per annum Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM Contract: Permanent Work Environment: Office-based Our client, a well-established engineering company, is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a fully office-based role, where you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and providing excellent customer support. Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for customers, answering inbound calls and resolving queries efficiently. Support customers using SharePoint, MS Teams, Windows, and eCommerce platforms . Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and effective issue resolution. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within CRM systems. Assist with technical troubleshooting related to digital platforms and software. What We're Looking For: Previous experience in a Customer Service Advisor or similar role. Strong knowledge of SharePoint, MS Teams, Windows, and eCommerce platforms . Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced office environment. A proactive and customer-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
