Mechanical Site Supervisor - Commercial

Job Title: Commercial Site Supervisor Location : Read, Burnley Salary: £20-£22 per hour (Door-to-Door) Hours: 42.5 hours per week Job Type: Full time, Permanent Vital Heating Solutions delivers expert design, installation, and management of decentralised energy and multi-utility networks, focusing on low and zero-carbon technologies. We specialise in bespoke commercial heating, industrial services, and mechanical engineering. Job Responsibilities As Mechanical Site Supervisor, you will work for Vital Heating Solutions, overseeing all commercial projects. Your core responsibilities include: Supervising all employees and subcontractors on commercial projects Creating and maintaining detailed diary schedules for each project Be the authoritative lead on all commercial jobs and coordinate with the Managing Director to ensure all preparations are in place. Communicating directly with the office manager regarding logistic staffing and material requirements Inspection documentation and sign off of all deliveries Essential Requirements: Proven previous experience in a similar supervisory role within the commercial mechanical sector.
